Scale people kits

I was thinking about the interest,and difficulty in finding scale people and animals.Maybe a major manufacturer like Revell or AMT could put out kits of figures only.It might even be a way for Moebius to gain alot of ground in modeling.It's an idea sort of like "parts packs".Any interest?
