forld short hauler queston

i seen a pic of a ford l 8000 shot hauler and it had a weard airbox on the drivers side  i look all over the web for ford l 8000 ref pics to see if there was a pic to compare the two but i have yet to find one 

i know the reg airbox is on the pass side i am wondering if the truck is a spechal race only or a uk spechal i will try to get pics posted
